My office is located at 1/40 Antrim St., East Ballina, NSW 2478.

My days and hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5:30pm. If you have special circumstances, I can see you either before 10am or after 5:30pm.

I offer clients three services:

• Hellerwork in its full 11 session presentation
  
  
• Bodywork to heal specific problems (for example, an injured neck)
  
  
• The Myofascial Release Massage (for deep relaxation that will last far longer than a conventional massage).

Initial sessions are 1 1/2 hours long, subsequent visits are usually one hour. Two-hour sessions are available upon request. I offer free phone consultations.

Fee: $120 for one hour, $150 for the first session (90 minutes and includes a complete orthopedic history and evaluation), and $180 for a full 90-minute session of bodywork. I accept cash and bank transfers.

— Insurance Billing —

• In Australia: my work is not covered by national health care and thus you will not be reimbursed for my services.
  
  
• In the United States: I do not do third party insurance billing but I will give you a receipt for services that you may submit to your insurance company. To find out whether your health insurance will reimburse you for my services, contact me and I will send you a comprehensive list of questions to ask your insurance company. The answers to these questions will tell you everything you need to know to get reimbursed.
